Brian I would DEFINITELY go with date of my death haha. I feel like if I know when I am dying, I will make the most of it until I reach D-Day! But if I choose cause of death, I would probably live my life in fear with a sense of impending doom.
Gerd I think I'd go with the cause. I would prepare myself to not suffer much, keep some pills with me, watch out for crazy accidents etc.. At least I would feel a bit more in control than If I knew the time.
Brian Gerd I would legit go insane if I only knew the cause. Let's say it was revealed to me that my cause of death was drowning. I would then live the rest of my life in fear of water for it to inevitably happen anyways. That's kinda why I chose date.
renie This reminds me of this old TV show called Flashforward that started quite well - FlashForward is constructed around a high-concept narrative where a mysterious event has caused nearly everyone on the planet to simultaneously lose consciousness for 137 seconds, during which time people see what appears to be a vision of their own life approximately six months in the future: a global "flashforward". I remembered this because some people see nothing in their visions - which means they'll be dead in six months but they don't know how.
renie Brian Or if the cause was a plane crashing on top of you… you'll have to live your life in an underground bunker 😂
